How It Works

  1. Buy your PrePay package and await your order confirmation.
  2. Send us your files for printing using the upload link below.
  3. We will return your order, showing the metres we have deducted from your package, and with the order's postage to pay.
  4. Once postage is paid, your order goes into the production queue.
  5. Your order is despatched - typically same or next day.

THE SMALL PRINT
This offer is only available for metre sheets, which have been ganged up by you. 

This service does not include any artwork checking or amendment; we will print the files you send. If there are errors in the artwork, these will need to be resubmitted as a new order by you.

Please be aware that if your files have fades or drop shadows, these will not come out unless you advise us prior to order and payment as it requires different printer settings.

COLD PEEL RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommended press times for standard cotton are 13-15 seconds at 140-155 degrees and medium pressure. Wait until cool and then peel. Please note that if working with other surfaces, you are likely to need to reduce the time and/ or temperature slightly. Please experiment with your set up: the transfers work well, but you may need to establish your best combinations.

HOT PEEL RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommended press times for standard cotton are 10-12 seconds at 155 degrees and medium pressure. Leave 2 seconds and then peel. This can be reduced to 10-12 seconds at 130 degrees and medium pressure for polyester items. Please note that if working with other surfaces, you are likely to need to reduce the time and/ or temperature slightly. Please experiment with your set up: the transfers work well, but you may need to establish your best combinations.
