Our recommended carriers for our parcels are Royal Mail and Evri.
Please note that while we pay for shipping at the rates and delivery schedules implied by the description, once a package has left us, it is in the hands of the courier gods! There are some seasons where it is wise to assume that despite our couriers' best efforts there will be a delay of an extra day or two, e.g. in the run up to Christmas and the Black Friday/ Cyber Monday period. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
No courier service is perfect. We know from experience, that whichever service we choose, there will be some localities where the service is poor or delivered late in the day. We may be able to access alternative couriers for you, if you know your service is poor - please be aware however that this may add 24 hours to your servce in any case, as cut off times for next day delivery vary by courier.
OUR DELIVERY OPTIONS
EVRI
We use the 24-48 and 2-4 day delivery services with Evri. It helps us provide a more economical option, especially for smaller orders.
ROYAL MAIL
We use 24hr tracked for parcels and large letters being delivered throughout the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.
COLLECT
If you live close to us and are happy to pop in to pick up your order free of charge, you are welcome to do so.
Simply select 'Collect from store' as your shipping option at checkout.
