Need help laying out your designs or getting your images ready for print? We can help with ganging up your designs, so that they use the space efficiently. We can also help with artwork problems such as background removal, colour changes, vectorisation, resizing, cropping and redraws.

Charges apply for these services and will be added over and above our ProMetre standard prices. There is also an admin fee for this service.

Please note an artwork approval will be sent: once we have your approval and/ or payment, any artwork errors become your liability and reprints to correct errors spotted after this point will be charged at the usual rate.

How It Works

  1. Fill in the form with the dimensions and quantities of each file that you require. Let us know about artwork changes that are needed.
  2. Attach the files to the form or send using the upload link below.
  3. We will check the artwork and advise of any additional amendments needed to ensure good prints. We will quote on the artwork required.
  4. You agree (or not!) the quote and we make the necessary amendments and send you an order for you to approve and pay.
  5.  Once approved and paid your order goes to print.

THE SMALL PRINT

Requesting artwork assistance typically adds 24-48 hours to the turnaround time of an order. Please be aware that this is the case. At times of high artwork demand this may extend.

Please be aware that if your files have fades or drop shadows, these will not come out unless you advise us prior to order and payment as it requires different printer settings.

We reserve the right to add further charges, if the brief is changed during the artwork process and after work has commenced.

COLD PEEL RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommended press times for standard cotton are 13-15 seconds at 140-155 degrees and medium pressure. Wat until cold and then peel. Please note that if working with other surfaces, you are likely to need to reduce the time and/ or temperature slightly. Please experiment with your set up: the transfers work well, but you may need to establish your best combinations.

HOT PEEL RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommended press times for standard cotton are 10-12 seconds at 155 degrees and medium pressure. Wait 2 seconds and then peel. This can be reduced to 10-12 seconds at 130 degrees and medium pressure for polyester items. Please note that if working with other surfaces, you are likely to need to reduce the time and/ or temperature slightly. Please experiment with your set up: the transfers work well, but you may need to establish your best combinations.
