INFORMATION SHEET

 

ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS Although we traditionally create hoodies to celebrate leavers, we can print on the clothing of your choice: t-shirts, sweatshirts, whatever is most appropriate and accessible to your school, college or university.

 

SIZES We have a full range of sizes to suit the age range and sizes of your students.

• • • Children’s hoodies from age 3 (typically ages 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-11 and 12-13).
    • Adult hoodies range from XS to 5XL.
  • Children’s sizes up to age 11 have no VAT, while unfortunately adult garments and age 12-14 do.

 

ORDERING We can set up an online portal for the order. Parents and students can then order and pay direct. We would still work to a deadline set by you. There is no cost for this service.

• • Alternatively, contact us for an order form and pay for the batch.
  • N.B. Information we need for a group order are: names and/ or initials to be used in the designs, colour per person and size per person.

 

TIMELINE We work back from the date you would like the students to have their hoodies.

• • Typically, we need 2-3 days to create the design, get it signed off by you and launch the website.
  • We ask for an order cut off date to be publicised to the parents and students and will use that date as our stock ordering point. We recommend giving people 2-3 weeks maximum to order through the portal or let you know what they want.
  • We then work to two working weeks following that for stock reception, printing and despatch. We can be quicker, if you have a deadline – let us know.
  • In total, it’s typically 5-6 working weeks from enquiry to despatch, but if you are able to start earlier it helps manage the rush!

 

SHIPPING If we used the portal, we would still intend to deliver in bulk to the school/ college/ an appointed person – just because it saves everyone incurring postage charges and is much more cost effective for that reason. (We can, of course, despatch directly to home addresses, but there would be postage charged for each item.)

 

COLOURS The colours are entirely up to you: it can be school colours or everyone choose their own. The attached form includes the information we would need to (a) create the design and (b) order the correct garment colours/ sizes. It also shows on the second sheet the colours available.

 

DESIGN OPTIONS The standard design is a single colour back print, with names in the number 25. Personalisation (names, nicknames or initials) is an option, both on the back or as a separate print on the front chest or down an arm. We can also add school logos (usually a chest print) or school names (back or chest print). Each additional print area has an additional cost to it.

Please note clothing prices typically change during the first quarter of each year. This isn’t usually a vast amount, but we may need to amend prices slightly, if this occurs.

GARMENT CARE DTF prints are great quality, have vibrant colours and are durable. They should last the lifetime of the garment, but they get their best shot if washed, inside out, at lower temperatures, not directly ironed on and are not tumble dried.
